Missing Dividers
By: sid on 30 July 2025This storage cabinet is fine, but arrived without any dividers for compartmentalising the drawers. Other similar cabinets I've purchased over the years have included dividers. I raised this with Red2Go, and they actually replied! Better still, the guy (Stephen) said he wasn't aware of that issue, but he would follow it up with the supplier. Yeah, right, I thought. However, not long afterwards, he contacted me again with news that he had now obtained a shipment of dividers, and how many would I like - free of charge? He shipped them to me and I'm a very happy chappy. How good is that?! And how rare . . . My 5 star rating is for the company and its support as much as for the product itself.
